Hi there, I'm Cassandra!
My path to becoming a therapist began with volunteering at my children’s school. Supporting parents and children through challenges revealed my natural ability to connect, listen, and guide. Encouraged by teachers and families I’d helped, I pursued my Master’s Degree in Psychology and Marriage & Family Therapy from Chapman University.
My focus
I work with: Christian Counseling, as well as Individuals experiencing emotional distress or major life transitions. Couples: seeking to strengthen communication and intimacy. Parents: navigating family or parenting challenges. Together, we’ll develop strategies that promote balance, clarity, and deeper connection.
My approach
I use an eclectic, evidence-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Therapy, and Family Systems Theory. This allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals, creating a supportive and collaborative space for growth.
