My journey to mental healthcare

I first became a therapist when I saw a lot of community members in the LGBTQIA+ and sex-positive community having difficulty finding therapists they felt accepted by. Becoming a therapist was my way of giving back to my community, and I hope to provide nonjudgmental and welcoming support to those who belong to marginalized communities.

My goals for you

It's essential to capture the client's voice and hopes when it comes to setting their goals for therapy. I invite clients to explore what they are longing for regarding outcomes for the therapeutic process.

Our first session

The first session is an opportunity for clients and me to get a sense of fit. I'll acknowledge that we are both strangers, but I want clients to come out of a therapy session with the sense that my approach resonates with their process and that they feel good about.
