I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and families. I have extensive experience helping clients deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, child abuse or neglect, drug abuse, emotional disturbance, impulsivity, domestic violence, and parenting challenges.
My approach
I believe in a strengths-based approach to therapy. My therapeutic style draws from attachment-based, cognitive behavioral (CBT), family therapy, Gestalt, play therapy, and psychodynamic modalities. I tailor my approach to best support each individual client.
