I help clients reconnect with themselves through a body-based mindfulness-centered approach to healing. Whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, or navigating a life transition, I offer a compassionate space to feel supported, understood, and empowered.

My focus

I work best with individuals who have experienced trauma-whether emotional, physical, sexual, or relational are ready to explore healing. I also support clients with attachment wounds, dissociation, anxiety, or depression, and those seeking deeper self-understanding and growth.

My approach

I use a mindfulness-based and somatic approach rooted in "being with what is", while helping clients build awareness and safety in their bodies. I draw from trauma-informed modalities, including somatic experiencing, CBT, and transpersonal psychology to support healing at a deep, integrative level.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and direct, with a gentle, non-judgmental tone. I value emotional safety and authenticity, and I aim to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore openly.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy through my own lived experience with grief, transformation, and the healing power of presence. My path has been one of continued learning, including completing a three-year Somatic Experiencing training and pursuing transpersonal depth work, because I believe healing is possible, even in the most difficult places.

In our first session, I take time to really listen. We'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, what you hope for, and begin mapping out what support might look like. I'll offer questions, reflections, and space without pressure to help you feel safe, grounded, and met right where you are.
