Clients often say they feel safe, understood, and even a little lighter after our sessions. I value transparency, collaboration, and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I’ve always been curious about why we are the way we are. I wanted to understand not only why we struggle, but how we can reprogram our lives by working with both the brain and the body. My studies were born from a desire to go deeper: to help people understand their bodies and show up differently in their relationships.

My goals for you

Together, we'll clarify what truly matters to you—not just surface-level goals, but the deeper emotional needs beneath them. I use neuroscience-informed tools to help you understand how your thoughts, habits, and emotions work together. We'll build emotional regulation, healthier communication, and more authentic relationships step by step.

Our first session

The first session is about connection, comfort, and clarity. We'll explore what brought you in, what you're hoping to change, and how therapy can support your goals. I'll ask about your emotional, relational, and physical health—but there's no pressure to share more than you're ready for. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and hopeful.
