My communication style

Coming from a social work background, I have developed a strong sense of empathy for others and their struggles through life, using reflective listening techniques to allow clients to guide the healing process and tell their story.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up with trauma as a child and living through trauma as an adult has motivated me to help others in dealing with their own difficult circumstances.

My goals for you

Will work on identifying and targeting problematic symptoms that the client would like to address, as well as setting goals as to where they would like to see themselves in the future.

Our first session

First session will be in getting to know one another while finding out what style works best for the client as well as identifying symptoms and goals that the client would like to work on during therapy.
