As an optimistic individual, I believe everybody has the capability to achieve their true potential, living a meaningful life. I have helped individuals manage life's challenges, gain self-insight, and acquire personal growth. I see individuals (16 years+) who experience problems with life transitions, anxiety, depression, just to name a few.
My focus
If you experience overthinking, anxiety, depression, trauma, or interpersonal issues, I can help. I work with clients ages 16+ to learn coping skills so they can better manage everyday life. You will gain insight, build confidence, and experience growth. I am supportive, encouraging clients to set realistic goals, setting oneself up for success.
My approach
I believe in using an eclectic approach when it comes to therapy. It is collaborative and person-centered because there is no “one size fits all.” Each session will focus on your personal needs and goals. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Therapy into our sessions.
