I'm welcoming and warm in my communication style. Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed, and despite whatever obstacles, trauma, or difficulties we may face, I firmly believe that we all possess the courage needed to go on and thrive.

My journey to mental healthcare

I knew as a child that I wanted to work in the helping field. It came naturally to me. I wish to provide a safe haven where others can come to talk about their difficulties and find inspiration to move forward and lead fulfilling lives.
