My communication style

I create a positive, non-judgmental environment. I want my clients to feel excited to come to therapy as opposed to it being a "chore". I want your experience to be relaxed and comfortable, to allow us to eventually open up to more deep and meaningful work (At your own pace).

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because of my own mental health journey. I want to help and support people while encouraging independence. I recognize how hard it is to begin therapy.

I collaboratively form goals with you based on your needs and wants. I don't give unsolicited advice.
