My journey to mental healthcare

In my mid-20s, I experienced the transformative power of counseling, leading me to commit my life to this work. I am passionate about counseling and derive joy from helping clients discover solutions to their problems and witnessing their growth. Nobody is perfect, and at times, we all require assistance.

I tailor our sessions to begin where the client feels most comfortable, typically by identifying three specific goals. Together, we define what changes they wish to make, how these changes will unfold, how their lives will improve, and what obstacles may arise.
