My journey to becoming a couples therapist began with a passion for understanding human connections. Personal experiences in relationships inspired me to seek ways to help others navigate their challenges. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and am committed to guiding couples toward deeper understanding & stronger bonds.

My goals for you

I guide clients to set realistic and achievable treatment goals that align with their needs. We collaboratively create a tailored action plan, breaking down larger objectives into manageable steps. I provide ongoing support and encouragement, regularly revisiting and adjusting goals to ensure progress and maintain motivation throughout the process.

In our first session, we'll focus on establishing a safe, welcoming environment. I'll invite you to share your relationship concerns and expectations. We'll discuss the therapeutic process, set goals, and identify key issues to address. This session is about understanding your unique situation, & laying the foundation for our work together.
