My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into counseling and pastoral care comes from my own experience with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I’ve learned the healing that comes through compassionate support. As both pastor and clinician, I help people integrate emotional and spiritual care so they can heal, grow, and rediscover hope and purpose.

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other in a calm, supportive space. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I understand starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so we'll go at your pace. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.
