My focus
I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I'm experienced in providing services specific to our unique needs. I also have experience working with military families, providing individual and couples therapy.

I provide unconditional positive regard while also challenging negative thought patterns that hold you back.
