I help transition age youth, adults, and seniors facing severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. My passion is supporting those who feel alone, defeated, or powerless as they work toward healing and hope.
My focus
I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, schizophrenia, crisis intervention, grief, substance use, coping skills, and relationship issues. I also work with ADHD, anger management, trauma, self-esteem, and women's issues.
My approach
I work from a trauma-informed, client-centered, and strength-based perspective, focusing on genuineness and empathy. I help clients connect their thoughts, feelings, and actions using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic techniques, harm reduction, and relapse prevention.
