I specialize in supporting college students and young adults of all abilities navigating complex life experiences. My practice focuses on guiding individuals through ambiguous loss, major life transitions, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Please note that I cannot write letters or complete forms for employment or housing matters.

I believe that everyone is interconnected with larger systems (i.e., family, community, society) and that each system shapes your life experience, strengths, and challenges.
