Welcome! Starting therapy or trying it again can be overwhelming, and I’m here to make the process feel safe and approachable. I support adults dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. My goal is to help you feel understood, grounded, and supported as we work toward your personal peace.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and identity-related concerns. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I’m committed to social justice and helping underserved communities access the support and resources they deserve.

I take a calm, down-to-earth approach, using CBT and solution-focused strategies to help you build insight and create meaningful change. I lead with curiosity and compassion, offering guidance that’s practical, clear, and centered on what matters most to you.

My communication style is friendly, warm, and judgment-free. I prioritize making you feel comfortable, understood, and never talked down to. I know therapy can feel intimidating or repetitive, so I create a relaxed space where you can open up at your own pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

My own experiences navigating mental health and seeking support shaped my desire to become a therapist. Becoming an LCSW allowed me to advocate for others, uplift underserved communities, and provide therapy that is accessible, affirming, and truly human.
