Hi there, I'm Cristina!

Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to supporting gender-expansive and LGBTQ+ children, adolescents, and their parents/families/caregivers. I provide a safe haven where individuals of all ages are not just acknowledged but embraced and assisted in their journey of self-discovery.

My focus

I work with clients struggling with self-esteem and acceptance related to relationships and family. I support those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, stress, school issues, familial difficulties, and suicidal ideation. I also work with LGBTQ+ or questioning clients and parents adjusting to their youth's identity.

My approach

I use CBT to explore how your thoughts affect your emotions. You'll learn to question and push back against those thoughts and notice how your feelings reflect this inquiry.

In my therapeutic space, you'll find warmth, support, and complete acceptance. I walk beside you, offering assistance across all aspects of your life as you discover and embrace who you are.
