Hi there, I'm Aasish!

I am an LCSW, a veteran with the U.S. Navy and has a decade of experience working with Veterans, a first-generation immigrant with deep cross-cultural knowledge and experience. My goal is to assist you in overcoming the obstacles that you are facing in life. Academic, professional, life transitions, and relationships, we will address them together

My focus

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. I also work with first- and second-generation immigrants who struggle in personal and familial, and personal life. My clients cover a wide range of professionals. I specialize in military and Veterans.

My approach

We will work together to identify what you are struggling with and why. Then we will seek to utilize therapy techniques such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based techniques to work towards the goal you have set in life.
