My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space grounded in kindness—where you feel truly heard, understood, and safe to explore what may be holding you back.

If depression or anxiety has left you feeling stuck, or if self-defeating thoughts and behaviors are keeping you from moving forward, you don’t have to face it alone. We’ll work together to help you “unfreeze,” gently challenge unhelpful thinking, and build healthier patterns that support growth and change.

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. My approach is collaborative and flexible. I draw from cognitive therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT), mindfulness techniques, and traditional talk therapy, integrating methods to fit your individual needs and goals.
