My communication style

My communication style is calm, courteous, collaborative, and client-centered. Meaningful healing and growth begin when clients feel accepted, supported, and comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. I welcome communication in both English and Spanish, honoring your culture, linguistic preference and self-expression.

My journey to mental healthcare

From childhood, I felt a natural calling to connect with people and help them feel better. That early sense of purpose grew into a passion for understanding people’s stories, supporting them through difficult seasons, and helping them recognize their own strengths. Becoming a therapist allowed me to turn that calling into meaningful work.

My goals for you

Together, we will co-create short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals in alignment with your vision for your life. Goal setting provides direction and purpose in treatment, helping clients identify meaningful priorities, track progress, and build toward lasting change.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another and create a supportive therapeutic space. By opening the door to your life, I’ll ask questions, listen to your concerns, explore the challenges you’re experiencing, and invite you to share the story that has shaped you.
