Marc Campos-Ramos
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced education in Counseling (Ph.D.) and Public Health (MPH). I am currently completing a few more courses to become a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD).
Over the past 20 years working as a mental health professional, I have had the opportunity to help individuals who were facing complex medical concerns and dealing with chronic health conditions. I have also worked with clients facing concerns related to in-patient psychiatric, residential treatment, veterans dealing with substance use, developmentally disabled, substance abuse, and counseling clients from multicultural backgrounds (Including LGBT COMMUNITY). Additionally, I focus on the areas of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, LGBT, immigration/Asylum, and anger management. My approach to therapy is one of collaboration with the client. I welcome the opportunity to develop a trusting and collaborative relationship to help the client with addressing some of their emotional concerns. My ultimate goal is to help the client live a more fulfilling and positive and happy life.
My experience over the years has involved helping clients manage concerns in these areas: Substance Use Disorders, Anger Management, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Career Counseling, Adolescent Mental Health Concerns, Impulse Disorders, Chronic Relapse, Divorce, Domestic Abuse/Violence, Dual Diagnosis,
