I believe a key goal of therapy and most therapy sessions is integration. By making contact with emotions and thoughts, then keeping what is useful and letting go of the rest, I hope to help people integrate new experiences or past challenges.

I work well with clients looking to change how they interact with others, how to decrease self-hate, and how to increase courage and self-support.
My approach
I often use Gestalt therapy, which looks to expand awareness, restore people to wholeness, and integrate experiences. CBT is used to challenge thoughts and observe patterns that are getting in the way. DBT can be useful to improve self-soothing and avoid emotional pitfalls.
