My clients often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck and need assistance in gaining the proper tools or unveiling blocked strengths.
My approach
I have been using CBT in practice. I have helped many individuals challenge negative thoughts and learn self-help strategies. We will use complementary therapy approaches and techniques to explore negative perception patterns and use that knowledge to change how you see and react to things outside your control.
