I work a lot with couples and fight for the relationship. Relationships face many challenges today, and it can be complicated to navigate. In addition, I work with individuals on a variety of issues, including codependency, boundaries, anxiety, addiction, and abuse.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy.

My communication style

I work to create trust. Your therapist is another important relationship you need to feel you can trust, be non-judgmental, and be able to open up. I tend to be more straightforward with my clients.
