My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist because I have always wanted to help people. Through volunteer work in my community, I was drawn to helping people during their most difficult times. I have a passion for seeing individuals become the best version of themselves.

My goals for you

We work together on establishing goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. This starts by building rapport and trust, and exploring what it means to be in therapy. Progress is tracked using outcome measures.
