I am passionate about helping relationships and giving couples the tools for success. I also specialize in helping individuals with anxiety and women's issues such as infertility, adoption, and premarital counseling.

My approach

I offer a client-centered, faith-based perspective to therapy, believing a healthy balance of emotional, physical, and spiritual is necessary for healing. I also offer a psychological approach for those who prefer. I love what I do and am passionate about helping people work through challenges.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have known since junior high that I wanted to help people through therapy. I feel strongly about walking with someone and helping them heal. I join you in your deepest darkness with a flashlight and help you find your way out. I am passionate about my job and honored to support you.
