My communication style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I believe in creating a safe space where you can feel comfortable to be yourself and express your thoughts and feelings without the fear of being judged. My goal is to have our communication feel natural and collaborative.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to the field of social work because I have always had a genuine desire to help others during difficult moments in their lives. Being a part of making someone feel heard, supported, and understood is what inspired me to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

I help a client to reach their goals by creating a supportive and collaborative environment where they feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Together, we identify areas they would like to change and set goals and develop strategies to work towards that change.

Your first session is an opportunity to build rapport and for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. Together over time, we will move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout the process.
