I work with clients who are struggling in their romantic, professional, and family relationships and want to improve their relationships with others. I also work with clients struggling with attachment issues, including insecure attachment styles, and help them to achieve secure attachments.

I focus on relationships and attachment issues using Emotion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy working from an attachment-based model.

I was fascinated by learning effective tools that could help improve my life and understanding of the world. Clinical work is a calling, and it was definitely mine.
