I work with individuals to resolve past trauma, identify thought distortions that hold one back from fully loving themselves and seeing their fullest potential can result in improved relationships and experiencing a more satisfying life experience.

My focus

I offer clinical counseling and Pastoral Clinical Counseling. I’m an ordained minister. A person does not have to be a Christian, but if they are and want Biblical Counseling, I can competently provide that. I work with individuals, families, and couples.

I integrate various therapeutic modalities that meet you where you are. I’m honored to work with you, and I’m passionate about helping others. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Ordained Minister, and Pastoral Counselor.

My communication style

I practice with a "heart-level" listening, aiming to hear not just the surface words, but the deeper emotions and spiritual needs. This approach validates the client's experiences while providing a supportive presence.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey and desire that led me to become a mental health provider is my desire to help clients identify behaviors inconsistent with healthy choices (mentally, physically, and spiritually), leading to lasting transformation and restoration.
