Hi there, I'm Heather!

I provide care to clients struggling with life transitions, interpersonal challenges, and periods of depression, anxiety and addiction.

My focus

I work with clients in late adolescence through adulthood. They commonly have new or longstanding periods of depression and anxiety. These issues may be worsened by interpersonal or family issues. Anxiety, depression, substance misuse & recovery, trauma, and major life transitions are several areas of my clinical focus.

My approach

I utilize a psychodynamic approach to therapy within a primarily supportive environment. During therapy, we may draw upon various skills-based modalities to facilitate needed changes. These modalities could include Cognitive Behavioral skills, Acceptance and Commitment approaches, Positive Psychology.
