Hi there, I'm Keith!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have my M.S. in clinical psychology from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in psychology from Purdue University. I have extensive experience working in both NorCal and SoCal with a strong background in crisis work. I am well-travelled and welcome diverse populations and challenging cases.

My focus

My focus is on adolescents, adults, and couples counseling. I work with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and anger issues. I also work with legally entangled cases with couples.

My approach

I take time to understand my clients, their needs, and goals. I am psychodynamic-based, so I do my own thorough assessment to make sure I have a full understanding of your situation and circumstances. I am reality-based and solution-focused. I often use motivational interviewing and CBT techniques to incite positive changes related to goals.

My communication style

I consider myself to be approachable and easy to talk with. I like to create a warm and safe environment where you feel supported and can be open and direct. I consider myself to be very non-judgmental and compassionate, and I want only for your life to be less difficult and more fulfilling.

I want to hear from you and the reasons you are reaching out at this particular time in your life. I really want to get to know you and hear your story. I will then tell you more about myself, my background, and the way I tend to conduct therapy. We will take it from there in a mutual understanding of how I can be beneficial to you and your goals.
