Many clients arrive feeling unseen or weighed down by loss, anxiety, or depression.

Optimal Psychology provides a culturally responsive framework rooted in African-centered values of interconnectedness, balance, and self-actualization. EFT offers an attachment-based methodology that helps couples identify negative cycles and cultivate secure bonds.
