If you're struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, or the effects of past trauma, therapy can be a space to finally feel understood and supported. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can begin making sense of your experiences and work toward healing and lasting change.

I will support you by helping you navigate difficult relationships, unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and feeling overwhelmed by emotions. Whether you struggle with people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling "not good enough", we will work together to better understand them and heal.
My approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in authenticity. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand how past experiences, relationships, and core beliefs may be influencing their present struggles.
