Life is great, but can be challenging at times for everyone. I help people navigate those challenges, whether it be from anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, or self-doubt among other things. My goal is to help people feel confident, present and content within the life they choose to have.
My focus
I work with young and middle aged adults who may struggling to navigate life transitions, relationships, family conflict or even their own self-doubt. Together we will work to identify challenges, explore coping skills and personal strengths that will assist in developing a personalized plan to help them feel grounded and empowered in their lives.
My approach
I use various methods to assist people in meeting their goals, because I understand everyone is different. Some approaches I like to implement are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help with identifying and reframing unhelpful thought patters, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist with emotional regulation.
