I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create a personalized path toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

I believe healing begins in a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Using a trauma-informed approach combined with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I help clients better understand the connection between their experiences, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma has reinforced my belief that healing is possible. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it's normal to have mixed emotions. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying what you hope to achieve. We will go at your pace.
