If you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, burned out, or want to work on self-esteem and communication, we can make improvements to find balance and bliss in life. You don't have to go through it alone. I work with individuals and couples in English and Spanish.
My focus
I work with individuals and couples seeking a safe space to improve. I support the Latino community, BIPOC, poly-affirming, and LGBTQ+ clients. I help with anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, parenting, relationships, work stress, ADHD, depression, and OCD.
My approach
I combine CBT with solution-focused, EFT, and client-centered therapy. I help you understand your patterns, then we work on coping skills to reduce symptoms as we process the effects of long-term patterns and eventually change behaviors. This approach gives you tools while addressing root causes.
