Hi there, I'm Shannon!

I welcome patients 18 and over from all backgrounds into my practice and have experience with a range of concerns, including problems related to mood, trauma, substance use, anxiety, and psychosis.

My focus

I am honored to be a resource for all of my patients, including those dealing with the emotional and psychological effects of marginalization based on race or ethnicity, national origin, gender, or sexual orientation.

My approach

I use a combination of medication management, supportive and psychodynamic approaches, somatic tools, and cognitive behavioral interventions to help people understand and work through difficult feelings, thoughts, and situations.
