I work with individuals who find themselves at a crossroads, navigating anxiety, depression, or major life changes in relationships, career, identity, or purpose. We will establish attainable treatment goals, and I will support progress with empathy and a belief that every person has the capacity to heal and grow, even in the midst of struggle.

I utilize a client-centered/humanistic approach where my role is to facilitate self-discovery through reflective listening, open-ended questions, and genuine presence. Treatment is geared towards developing a strong sense of agency by assisting clients in realizing that they are experts of their own experience.
