I seek to provide an environment where you can talk about all of the issues that you wouldn't share with your best friend because you fear judgment. We heal when we can externalize and normalize our experiences.

I feel so honored to be present with people in their lowest of lows and their highest of highs. I love people, and I love walking on the journey of healing.

I work collaboratively to help my clients set goals that will make their lives feel more meaningful and effective.

Our first session

In the first session, we will talk about a lot of your current stressors and what you're willing to do to change the circumstances. We will do a deep dive into the schemas or stories that you have learned that have you repeating patterns that don't work for you.
