Hi there, I'm Daicy!

Having a sensitive nervous system, constantly blaming yourself, or carrying persistent feelings of shame can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to feel this way forever. My goal is to help you gain emotional safety, a stronger sense of yourself, and change patterns that keep you stuck.

My focus

I work with adults who have experienced complex trauma and find themselves still affected by the past, even when they know they “should be over it.” They feel stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or in the fawn responses which can be experienced as anxiety, shame, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty feeling safe in their own body.

My approach

I use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family systems, to help you get to the root of what you're struggling with, not just manage the symptoms. You can expect compassion, respect, and curiosity from me while being direct and honest with you.
