My journey to mental healthcare

Since a young age, I have had a passion for helping others and knew I would work in a career where I could make a positive impact on people's lives. As a therapist, my goal is to support clients in achieving their goals to make a positive change in their lives.

My goals for you

Goal setting is an important element of therapy. In goal setting, I work as a team with my clients to develop goals and a plan to reach their goals. I find it helpful to have an action plan to work on between sessions.

Our first session

The focus of the first session is to get to know you and build rapport. I will spend time asking you questions about how you have been feeling, your reason for seeking therapy, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. I am here as your support and to help guide you to achieve your goals.
