I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am based in Sacramento, CA, and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and stress using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Supportive Therapy to help navigate feelings and help you feel better.
My focus
In my practice, I mainly work with adults who have experienced trauma, are struggling with relationship issues, or life transitions. This is often exhibited through feelings of depression, anxiety, and being overwhelmed. My priority is to help you navigate these feelings and transitions, to build coping skills, and to help you feel better.
My approach
My approach to therapy is starting where you are at, in the present moment. I will collaborate with you to develop mutually agreed-upon goals and interventions to help you feel better and reach your goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Supportive Therapy in my practice.
