I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I believe that in our journey of life, we are faced with many challenges - challenges that can be overcome with guidance , education , teamwork, and commitment.

The therapeutic paradigms I use are Humanistic, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I draw from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation. As a therapist, I am warm, open, encouraging, and direct. I consider myself an active therapist, combining experience, education, creativity, and sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to counseling.

Our first session

Our first session would center around getting to know you better; discussing any recent changes in your life, and the impact of these changes. This will provide me with a better understanding of why you have reached out for support. We will complete our first session by developing a goal and discussing any questions/concerns you may have.
