Approaching goals with clients is a part of the process in understanding how to collaborate in order to help the client achieve the success that they are desiring. We collaborate on goals throughout the therapy process and adjust the goals as needed in order for clients to achieve their goals for healing.

Our first session

In our first session, we will begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship as we discuss what brings you to therapy and start identifying your goals. I will listen intently to understand your experiences, concerns, and hopes for the future. You can expect me to be warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply committed to your well-being.
