I start with an introductory session where you share your story and what you hope to achieve. We'll create goals together in a warm, welcoming environment where you can share without judgment. In following sessions, we'll work together to make these goals a reality.

Our first session

Please fill out your intake form in advance. During our first visit, we'll complete a full mental health assessment with questions about your medical and mental health history. Working together to determine an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan is important for your mental health.
