My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began when I watched my loved one in hospice receive compassionate care from her social worker. I knew then that I wanted to support others through their journey and help them heal during vulnerable times in their lives.

Through building trust and rapport, we will work together to understand and identify your goals for therapy. We will collaborate on setting your goals and tracking your progress in growth and inner healing.

Our first session

Our initial session will focus on rapport-building and getting to know each other. You will be able to express what has brought you to therapy and share your lived experiences in a safe environment. Together, we will discuss your goals and any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.
