My focus
I support clients working through anxiety and stress, depression and mood concerns, and relationship challenges, as well as those navigating life transitions such as job changes, divorce, or major shifts that bring uncertainty. My work also includes trauma‑informed care for trauma and PTSD, and compassionate support for grief and loss.
