I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression, including neurodivergent clients. I use Socratic and Psychodynamic approaches to help you understand behaviors and their origins. I bring inner child work into EMDR sessions for complex trauma and use solution-focused techniques to empower you.
My approach
I primarily use EMDR to address relational, medical, complex, or single-incident traumas. I integrate Self-Compassion, CBT techniques, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and DBT skills to support trauma-focused work and help you build insight and self-efficacy.
