I approach all clients with compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental, whole-person approach to therapy. I work within the protocols of CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy. But care does not end with the session. I believe in providing exercises and opportunities for practice during the time between our sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into the mental health field started when I was a high school student, facing the inherent challenges associated with working with an at-risk youth population. I grew interested in working with the same population from a mental health standpoint.

A client's path to reaching treatment goals needs to be clinical and family support. I try to take this inclusive approach when possible.
