My focus
In my practice, I focus on creating a comfortable and safe space for my clients that can lead to rapport and trust building. Like my theoretical approaches, my clients are eclectic; they come from all walks of life: insured, non-insured, affluent to sliding scale; kids to older adults, and all genders, including LGBTQI+.
My approach
My approach to therapy is eclectic as I borrow from different modalities to better serve my clients. My practice is all-inclusive, and my clients range in age, gender, and sexual orientation, and it includes teens to older adults. In my practice, I use trauma-focused modalities, Attachment Therapy, Object Relations, DBT, and CBT.
